Edwin Jeanty Van Der Spek

Edwin Jeanty van der Spek is a driven tax advisor who is very involved with his clients. He started his career in 1989 at Meijburg & Co. Apart from a short period in banking, Edwin has worked as a tax laywer since 1992. In 2004, Edwin became a partner at Deloitte Belastingadviseurs B.V. and has been in this position for 11 years.
 
He advises companies regarding both national and international structuring, restructuring and partnerships. He has a special interest for family businesses and succession planning.
 
Edwin graduated in Dutch Law at the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and Fiscal Law at the Rijksuniversiteit Leiden. Edwin is also a member of the ‘Nederlandse orde van Belastingadviseurs’, the national bar of tax lawyers.
 

 


Claudia Roetman-Elshout

Claudia Roetman-Elshout has joined EJS Tax & Consulting as an office manager and takes care of the refunding of energy tax.
 
Before working at EJS Tax & Consulting B.V., she worked at Deloitte Belastingadviseurs B.V. as an Senior Executive Assistant. In this position, Claudia was responsible for improving the processes within support. She coördinated different kinds of marketing projects and was office manager for the Tax department.
 
 

 


Oi-Yan Tse

Oi-Yan graduated in 2007 in Fiscal Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
 
She started her career at Deloitte while following her Masters study Fiscal Economics and has worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte up to and including 2017. During her career, Oi-Yan gained a broad work experience in (complex) income tax returns (for individuals and companies), general tax advisory and international payroll. After a short period of working at a small tax advisory firm, she has joined EJS Tax & Consulting in October 2018.

Oi-Yan is responsible for the preparation of the more complex income tax returns and she also advises small and medium-sized enterprises and their CEO's.
